Summer in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis

Alpine lodge summer in comfort

In the summer, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis becomes a favourite destination for outdoor enthusiasts. The sunny high plateau and its mountains beckon with countless hiking and biking routes. Climb the highest peak, the Furgler, or race through one of the many mountain bike trails. And after that? A relaxed overnight stay with half board here at the Kölner Haus.

Hiking, mountain climbing and biking right on your doorstep

The alpine range is wide

For families with small children and anyone who wants to take it easy, there are numerous themed and leisure hiking trails. If you want to get up high, you can reach summit paradise just above the Kölner Haus. In 2-3 hours you can get to the Hexenseehütte - an Alpine Club lodge which is also run by us in the summer. From there, paths lead to the climbing park at the Furglersee lake as well as to the crossings to the Heidelberger Hütte and the Ascher Hütte in the Paznaun Valley.

Mountain bikers welcome

Do you prefer pedalling to walking? The region offers numerous trails for every pace and style, in the immediate vicinity of the Kölner Haus. Flowing downhill trails, technical challenges and varied high-altitude trails make the mountains the perfect playground for mountain bikers. The flowing Komperdell trail leads you from the Kölner Haus into the village.

Families welcome!

Just a few steps away from the Kölner Haus is the Murmliwasser play park, a 15,000 m² nature paradise with interactive adventure areas and a torrent. Clambering through the marmot burrow, searching for gemstones, on the raft in the water and at many other play stations, the focus is on fun and action. Hiking with an extra dose of adventure awaits families on the nearby "Pirate Trail" and the "Six Senses - Pleasure Trail of the Senses".

In front of the lodge: Chill and grill

What would a summer holiday be without a pleasant stop for a meal? Once you have explored enough paths, the route will lead you directly to the sun terrace of the Kölner Haus. You can take another look into the distance at a cosy “Chill 'n Grill" and fortify yourself with our local specialities.

Hiking holidays with an overnight stay

Into the thick of it right after breakfast. On a summer holiday at the Kölner Haus, you'll be the first to climb the peaks in the morning and the last to catch the sun's rays at almost 2,000 metres above sea level in the evening. A delicious alpine lodge evening meal is included in our half-board packages.
