Important information for your stay at the Kölner Haus

The local tax is €3.70 per person per night. Children under the age of 15 years are exempt. It will be charged on site in addition to the accommodation price.

With this card, you can enjoy numerous benefits such as free use of the cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis as well as guided hikes and discounts on leisure activities. Cost: Adults €6.50 per day, children €3.25 per day.

Room bills can only be paid in cash on site. Alternatively, you can transfer the amount in advance. The total amount must be paid on departure at the latest.

For cancellation grounds the AGBH 2006 / our cancellation conditions are effective. More information on this is available from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Groups of 8 people or more receive a collective invoice to avoid long waiting times and paperwork.

Members benefit from discounted prices. Please bring your membership card with you, only then is the membership price valid.

We do not change or make the beds. Please bring your sleeping bag and towels, you can also rent linen from us (bed linen € 9.00, towels € 3.00). Wash basins and floors are cleaned daily.

Please inform us of any food intolerances when booking. We are happy to prepare gluten-free or lactose-free dishes.

The Kölner Haus is a category II Alpine Club lodge and is therefore subject to the Hüttenordnung (lodge regulations). The following rules apply, among others:

• Alcohol consumption is not permitted in the rooms or dormitory.
• It is not permitted to cook or eat food which you have brought yourself.
• It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
